摘要
目的:探讨岳阳市高中毕业生视力与体质指数的关系。方法:采用标准对数视力表,对考生进行裸眼视力及矫正视力检查,同时测量身高及体重,记录结果并进行统计学处理及分析。结果:6 469名高中毕业生中,不同体重指数(BMI)的男女学生双眼平均视力不同,BMI低于正常者视力低下率为70.81%;超重者视力低下率为66.15%;肥胖者视力低下率为70.20%;而BMI正常者视力低下率为65.95%。BMI异常者分别与BMI正常者视力低下率比较:体重过低者与BMI正常者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肥胖者与BMI正常者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生长发育和健康状况会影响近视的发生和发展。BMI是衡量人体生长发育中最为简便易得的指标。通过BMI的检测,可以便捷有效地预测视力低下的发生,为预防近视的发生、控制近视的发展提供可预测的指标。
Objective To analyse the relationship between visual acuity and body mass index(BMI) in graduating classes students from high school in Yueyang city.Method Uncorrected visual acuity and corrected visual acuity were examined through the standard logarithmic visual acuity charts.At the same time,the height and weight were measured.The results were analyzed statistically.Results Among 6 469 subjects,the average vision was different in the students of different BMI.The vision lowly rate was 70.81% in the students whose BMI was lower than the normal ones. The vision lowly rate was 66. 15% in the overweight ones. And the vision lowly rate was 70. 20% in the obesities. The vision lowly rate was 66. 95% in the normal ones. There was very significant difference between the vision lowly rate of the students whose BMI was low and the normal ones (P 〈 0. 01 ). There was significant difference between the vision lowly rate of the obesities and the normal ones ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Growth and health status will affect the occurrence and development of myopia. BMI is the most simple indicator in measurement of human growth. Through the detection of BMI ,we can predict the occurrence of myopia conveniently and effectively, and we can provide predictable indicators of how to prevent the occurrence of myopia and how to control the development of myopia.
