摘要
以具有多种药理作用的广藿香为研究对象,探讨了微波法提取藿香挥发油的工艺及其动力学。采用单因素实验,得到提取的最佳工艺条件为:采用8倍量环己烷将粉碎至粒径0.38 mm(40目)药材浸泡18 h后,在528 W功率下提取30 min,藿香挥发油平均提取率为0.973%。提取动力学实验结果表明,微波法提取藿香挥发油,在不同提取功率下,其提取过程符合动力学方程lnc=λ+γlnt。为用微波法提取藿香挥发油的工业应用提供了理论参考和工艺参数。
Microwave extraction of volatile oil from Pogostemon cablin(blanco) benth.was studied using single factor test and the kinetics was explored as well.The effects of extraction time,sample size,solvent type,extraction power and soaking time on the extraction rate were studied.It was concluded that the optimum extraction process was microwave treating for 30 min at power of 528 W after being soaked for 18 hours with the ratio of material to cyclohexane of 1∶8 and the particle size of 0.38 mm(40 meshes).The extraction rate of volatile oil was 0. 973%. The kinetics study results showed that from 300 W to 680 W, the kinetics equation lnc=λ+γlnt could well reflect the relationship of extraction rate and extraction power. It could be used to guide patchouli project to enlarge and the production process control.
