摘要
文章通过描述金融危机下的中国企业海外并购促我国之崛起现状，分析其原因与面临的风险，提出相应建议，以期有指导意义。
The article by describing the financial crisis overseas mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises and promote the status quo of China＇s rise, analyze its causes and risks, make recommendations accordingly, with a view to guiding significance.
