领导行为模式与个人知识组织化效果的关系研究

摘要 知识已逐渐成为组织获取竞争优势的基础,但对于近在咫尺且极具价值的员工个人知识,组织面对的重大挑战就是如何将其"动起来",进而转化为组织的有用知识。因此,本文首先对个人知识组织化的概念进行了界定,然后基于员工的内外动机理论,探讨了领导行为为何及如何成为个人知识组织化的影响因素。 In the era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become a strategic resource for organizations to obtain competitive advantages, but toward to the available easily and valuable personal knowledge of employees, a big challenge that organizations have to face is how to "move" it, and then turn it into the useful organizational knowledge. This paper will starts from defining the concept of Personal Knowledge Being Organized, then explore why and how leadership behaviors influences Personal Knowledge Being Organized based on the theory of Extrinsic and Intrinsic motivation.
