在新一轮经济发展中,电力发展面临的能源和经济环境约束越来越突出,约束条件逐渐由资金、技术约束为主,逐步向资源约束和产业发展约束为主转变。在此背景下,湖北省电力勘测设计院认真分析了现阶段企业发展所面对的内外部环境,不断总结,逐步形成了有自身特色的企业发展理念。

In the new round of economic development, constraints of energy and environment on the electric development are becoming prominent increasingly,which gradually are turning from financial,technical constraints,mainly to resource and industrial development. In this context,HuBei electric power survey and design institute has made a careful analysis of internal and external environment enterprise development is facing at the current stage,summarized constantly, and gradually formed enterprise development concept with our own characteristics.
