摘要
传统的参考咨询服务已不能很好地满足读者需要。针对这一问题,在分析参考咨询知识服务体系中知识组织的相关内容的基础上,着重研究了参考咨询知识服务中的知识组织研究以及参考咨询知识服务体系的构建,指出参考咨询服务转化为参考咨询知识服务的必然性。进一步从显性知识组织和隐性知识组织两方面着手,建立了包括FAQ库、导航库、问答库、知识库、咨询专家库和知识地图的显性知识组织体系,以及参考咨询团队建设和隐性知识显性化的隐性知识组织体系。对图书馆开展参考咨询知识服务具有一定的参考借鉴价值。
As traditional reference and information services have become inadequate to the readers,this paper aims to study knowledge organization and the construction of knowledge service system in reference and information services.The study suggests that library reference and information services will inevitably develop into knowledge service.The author then discusses the construction of explicit knowledge organization system of FAQ database,information navigation database,questions and answers database,knowledge database,expert database and knowledge map.Construction of tacit knowledge organization system of reference service team and externalization of tacit knowledge are also discussed.
