摘要
从高校办公自动化的设计出发，提出了高校办公自动化的总体解决方案，并给出了利用LotusNotes来实现高校办公自动化系统的详细步骤，本文结合所开发的办公自动化系统（OAS），做了公文流转系统的系统需求和实现所需的各类模块。
The solution of the office automation system for the universities is given The detail steps on developing an office automation system through Lotus Notes are described.This paper describes the models which are generated from the analysis and design of the subsystem document transaction connecting a developed OAS.
