摘要
采用施液态CO2法,研究了CO2肥对保护地绿叶蔬菜光合作用和产量形成的效应,并总结了CO2肥施放的技术关键。结果表明:(1)施放CO2肥,能改善保护地绿叶类蔬菜的生存环境,极显著地增强光合作用,促进其生理代谢机能。(2)施放CO2肥,能极显著地促进绿叶类蔬菜的生长发育和产量性状的形成,达到极显著地增产;(3)不同保护地绿叶蔬菜对CO2肥的响应度不同,如美国西芹明显大于结球莴苣。(4)同一蔬菜的不同生长发育和产量性状对CO2肥的响应度也不同,如地上性状的响应度(如单株茎叶重)大于地下性状(如单株根重)、细胞伸长类的性状(如株高、叶长)大于细胞增殖类(如叶宽)的性状。
By means of applying liquid CO2 fertilizer, effects of CO2 fertilizer on photosynthesis and yield formation of green leaf vegetables were conducted in protected field, and the key techniques of applying liquid CO2 fertilizer were also summarized. The results indicated that: ( 1 ) Application of liquid CO2 fertilizer, the survival environment of green leaf vegetables in protected fields was improved, leaf photosynthesis was strengthened very significantly and physiological metabolic functions of green leaf vegetables were promoted. (2) Application of liquid CO2 fertilizer, the growth and development or yield traits of green leaf vegetables were promoted very significantly and yield was increased very notably. (3) The responses of different green leaf vegetables to CO2 fertilizer were different; for example, the response of celery was more obviously sensitive than that of lettuce. (4) The responses of different characteristics on growth and development and yield of green leaf vegetable to CO2 fertilizer were also different, generally, the responses of ground traits (such as stem and leaf weight per plant) were more sensitive than underground traits (such as root weight per plant), the characteristics of cell elongation (such as plant height, leaf length) were more sensitive than that of cell hyperplasia (such as leaf width).
