李树嫩枝扦插生根过程的生理变化 被引量:1

摘要 以"秋凌"果用李品种为试材,于2008年6月3日在全光照弥雾沙床上进行嫩枝扦插,观测扦插后的生根过程及生根过程中可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量及过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理物质的变化。结果表明:嫩枝扦插生根过程中,先插条基部皮孔变大发白,然后下切口处形成愈伤组织,同时插条基部近先端长出乳白色的根。此过程中,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的含量先下降再上升,下降的时期与愈伤组织和根形成的前期相对应,上升时期发生在愈伤组织和根形成后。过氧化物酶活性的变化为中间突然升高的单峰曲线。过氧化物酶活性突然上升的阶段与插条大量愈伤组织形成和生根前夕的时间基本一致。 Softwood cutting test was conducted with shoots from ' Qiuling' used for fruits in sand bed on full - sun - illumination spray, changes of morphology, soluble sugar , soluble protein contents and POD activities were observed in the rooting process. Results showed that, in the rooting process, cutting basal part lenticels are largen and blushing, and then at below incision began forming little callus. Meanwhile,cutting basal part growed out ivory roots. In this process, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content first decreased then increased, the period of decreasing is corresponding to the period of callus and root formation,while period of increasing is after callus and root formation. Changes of POD activity is one - peak curve with sharply increasing in the middle. This peak is just appeared on the eve of callus and root formation.
