河南省糖尿病和代谢综合征流行病学调查及相关因素分析

Epidemiologic survey and correlation factors analysis of diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome in Henan province

目的:调查河南地区糖尿病和代谢综合征的患病情况并分析其相关因素。方法:按照糖尿病和代谢综合征患病率变迁全国调查法则,在河南地区对抽样人群采用入户调查的方式,逐户逐人进行登记,填写统一表格并进行体格检查和实验室检查。结果:河南地区糖尿病、糖调节受损及代谢综合征的患病率分别为13.5%,20.1%,23.8%。对各因素进行Logistic回归分析,性别、年龄、年收入、吸烟、运动、饮食、家族史、体质量指数、腰臀比、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血压与糖代谢障碍相关。结论:河南地区糖尿病和代谢综合征发病率高。性别、年龄、年收入、吸烟、家族史、体质量指数、腰臀比、总三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇是糖尿病的危险因素,而低盐低脂饮食及运动锻炼是糖尿病的保护因素。

Objective To investigate and analyse the prevalence of diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome and its correlation factors in Henan province. Methods According to the rule of National diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome survey, the survey was tested one by one in one community of our city by multistage clustering sampling in Henan province. The sampling people were filled in the forms and were done relevant laboratory examination. Results In Henan province, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose regulation and metabolic syndrome was 13. 5~, 20. 1%, 23.8~, respectively. Using the logistic regression analysis, the sex, age, years of revenue, smoking, sport, diet, diabetes mellitus family history, BMI, WHR, TG, TC, HDL-C and blood pressure were related to glycometabolic disorder. Conclusion Diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome have a high incidence. The sex, age, years of revenue, smoking, diabetes mellitus family history, BMI, WHR, TG, TC, HDL-C are the risk factors of diabetes mellitus, while sport and diet are the protecting factors.
