Integrin β1、Cyclin D1在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of integrin β1 and cyclin D1 in human gastric carcinomas andits clinical significance

目的:研究细胞周期素D1(cyclin D1)及整合素β1(integrin β1)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法:用免疫组化SP法,检测60例胃癌组织中整合素β1、细胞周期素D1蛋白的表达水平。结果:整合素β1的表达与胃癌的浸润深度及有、无淋巴结转移有关,浸润程度越深阳性表达率越高;有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01),其在胃癌中的表达与浸润程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关;与病理学分级、患者年龄、性别无关。细胞周期素D1表达与胃癌分化程度、分期、浸润深度及有、无淋巴结转移有关。细胞周期素D1和整合素β1在胃癌组织中表达呈正相关。结论:整合素β1的表达与胃癌的侵袭、转移有关,在一定程度上可反映胃癌病人的预后。细胞周期素D1蛋白表达与胃癌病理组织学分级相关,其过表达可能与胃癌的发生有关。检测细胞周期素D1和整合素β1的表达可以为判断胃癌有无淋巴结转移起一定的提示作用。

Objective：To investigate the expression of integrin β1 and cyclin D1 in gastric carcinomas and the relation to biological behavior and determine its clinical significance. Methods： Immunohistoehemistry technique was used to study the expression of integrin betal and cyelin D1 in 60 gastric cancer specimens. Results：Integrin β1 expression level was correlated with depth of invasion, and lymph node metastasis. The positive rates of integrin β1 in the cases with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in the cases without lymph node metastasis. It suggested that the expression of integrin β1 might be related to the differentiation metastasis and invasion of the gas- tric cancer, the expression of integfin β1 could be regarded as a parameter to evaluate prognosis of gastric canc6r. Cyclin D1 expression level was correlated with histologiealgrade, its over expression may relate gastric carcinogenesis. Conclusion：The expression of integrin β1 might be related to the differentiation metastasis and invasion of gastric cancer, cyclin D1 expression level was correlated with histological grade, its over expression may relate with gastric carcinogenesis. Expression of integrin β1 and cyclin D1 may predict the invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Integrin β1 expression had a positive cprrelation with eyelin D1.
