小儿肾母细胞瘤30例临床诊疗分析

Clinical experience in treating children' s Wilms' tumor:a report of 30 cases

目的:探讨肾母细胞瘤的综合治疗方法及疗效评价。方法:收集1994年9月至2008年12月本院收治且经活检或手术病理确诊的小儿肾母细胞瘤30例,4例行术前化疗,26例行手术及术后化疗,9例行术后放疗。结果:30例患儿22例完全缓解,8例未缓解,其中包括4例放弃治疗者,1例脑转移,2例术中肿瘤未切除干净者和1例肾横纹肌样瘤Ⅲ期,而2例肺转移患儿及1例肝转移患儿经术后放化疗均完全缓解。结论:手术、放疗、化疗相结合及根据临床病理分期分治是本病治疗的关键,而且能取得良好效果。

Objective ：To summarize our experience in diagnosis and treating 30 cases of children＇s Wilms tumor with combined therapy in recent years and evaluate its efficacy, nethods：A total of 30 Wilms＇tumor patients who underwent pathologic diagnosis or biopsy confirmed,4 patients accepted preoperative chemotherapy,26 accepted opera- tion and postoperative chemotherapy,9 accepted radiation therapy. Results： Of 30 22 Wilms tumor patients werecomplete remission, and there were 8 patients non - remission, including 4 patients who abandoned, 1 patient who had brain metastases,2 patients whose resection of tumor were not clean, 1 patient who was Rhabdoid tumor of kidney in stageⅢ ,2 patients with lung metastases and 1 patient with liver metastases were complete remission after postoperative chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Conclusion：Combined therapy and according to clinical staging select therapy for patients with Wilms＇tumor can achieve good effects and is well tolerated.
