Sentinel lymph node biopsy （SLNB） has been the focus of attentions among medical, especially surgical society which is a revolution to the management of early stage tumor. Among all the ways to do SLNB,lymphatic mapping with vital dye has the potentiality to be applied to patients for its cheap, simplicity and absence of obvious associated morbidities.
