大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌产质粒介导AmpC酶的耐药分布及基因型研究 被引量:6

摘要 质粒介导的AmpC B内酰胺酶对第三代头孢菌素、头霉素类、单环类等β内酰胺类抗生素不同程度的耐药,它与超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)最主要的表型区别是耐药谱的扩大,且不能被克拉维酸抑制。这类酶的出现使得临床对革兰阴性致病菌所能使用的备选抗生素范围进一步缩小。
