海藻糖对液态低温保存机采血小板凋亡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目前供应临床的血小板成分主要是常温(22±2)℃液态连续振荡保存的血小板,但研究表明22℃常温振荡储存易使血小板遭受细菌污染,污染几率是低温储存的50倍,输入体内后可能会造成机体败血症的发生,并且储存时间不足5d。深低温可长期大量储存血小板,
