In this paper, two new tools-marking stake and bed load trap. and their main structure, working principle and operating method are introduced. They are used for field observation of variations of erosino or deposition on the intertidal shoal. The ways and methods with that are expounded, the variations of erosion or deposition on the intertidal shoal are studied and the quantities are estimated used the observed data.
