以CaO和CaF_2作为熔剂对含钒铁水进行浸入吹氧脱硅处理时,铁水中钒的氧化损失程度主要取决于渣铁间化学反应偏离平衡状态的程度。为了减少钒的氧化损失,炉渣应有良好的流动性,使氧化铁含量保持在较低的水平。在合适的温度、供氧强度、熔剂加入量等工艺条件下,当硅由0.65%脱除至0.15%左右时,可将铁水中钒的氧化损失率控制在10%左右。
The degree of vanadium oxidation loss in desiliconization treatment of V-bearing hot metalby submerged O_2 injection with CaO and CaF_2 addition mainly depends on the magnitude ofnonequilibrium of slag-metal reaction. In order to reduce the loss, good slag fluidity shouldbe maintained to keep slag ∑FeO content at low level. Under proper operating conditions oftemperature, O_2 flow rate and amount of fluxes added, the degree of vanadium oxidation losscan be limited to about 10% with silicon in hot metal being removed from 0.65% to about0.15%.
