低马氏体量对HRB400力学性能影响的非线性有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 马氏体体积分数(M%)的大小对盘条HRB400的力学性能影响较大,文章应用有限元软件ABAQUS对含不同体积分数马氏体的试样进行拉伸数值仿真计算;并根据数理统计知识,得出了屈服强度(Rp0.2)、抗拉强度(Rm)与马氏体体积分数(M%)的经验回归方程,通过与试验数据对比,证实了模拟结果与实际情况相符。可用来描述当马氏体含量较低时屈服强度、抗拉强度与马氏体体积分数的关系。 The volume fraction of martensite (M%) has great influence on mechanical properties of HRB400 for rod; ABAQUS is used to numerical simulation calculation of different volume fraction of martensite. Based on mathematic statistic concept,the linear regression equation for the dependence of the volume fraction for martensite on yield strength and tensile strength is obtained. It is proved that the simulative calculated data is consistent with the experimental data. Therefore it could describe the dependence of low volume fraction of martennite on yield strength and tensile stregth.
