摘要
目的检测EgM蛋白免疫后的犬肠系膜淋巴结和感染细粒棘球绦虫后的犬肠系膜淋巴结上的IgG和特异性IgG抗体。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测仅EgM免疫犬肠系膜淋巴结、EgM蛋白免疫后感染原头蚴的犬肠系膜淋巴结、感染细粒棘球绦虫(原头蚴)的犬肠系膜淋巴结上的IgG。用细粒棘球绦虫虫体分泌表达的重组蛋白EgM制备的高免特异性抗体可引起免疫犬的特异性抗体反应。结果在EgM免疫犬和感染原头蚴的犬的肠系膜淋巴结检测出IgG。结论用EgM蛋白免疫犬后可以在其肠系膜淋巴结产生特异性抗体。
The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the presence of IgG and the specific IgG antibodies in mesenteric lymph nodes of dogs immunized with EgM protein from Echinococcus granulosus,in which dogs were immunized and challenged with protosocleces(PSC),or just only infected with E.granulosus.Anti-dog IgG conjugate was directly used to detect the whole IgG in tissue sections.It was demonstrated that the recombinant EgM protein could react specifically with the anti-EgM IgG antibodies in tissue sections of mesenteric lymph nodes.
