慢性重型乙型肝炎与HLA—DRB1基因多态性的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨慢性重型乙型肝炎患者与HLA—DRB1基因多态性的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应/序列特异性引物技术对河南地区26例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者和45例健康对照者进行HLA—DRB1等位基因的检测,应用统计学软件SPSS13.0对两组实验结果进行χ^2检验。结果在慢性重型乙型肝炎组中,HLA—DRB1*1301/1302出现的频率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;HLA—DRB1*1501/1502,*1201/1202在两组间出现的频率相比差异无统计学意义。结论HLA-DRB1*1301/1302等位基因可能和慢性重型肝炎的发生有关,HLA—DRB1*1501/1502,*1201/1202与慢性重型肝炎的发生无相关性。 Objective To study the association between HLA-DRB1 gene polymorphism and severe chronic hepatitis B. Methods 26 patients with severe chronic hepatitis B were investigated for HLA-DRB1 gene polymorphism by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers technique. The results were compared with those from 45 normal healthy people by use of χ^2-test of Microsoft SPSS 13.0. Results The frequency of HLA- DRB1 * 1301/1302 allele in severe chronic hepatitis B group was significantly higher than the frequency in the control group, while the frequencies of HLA-DRB1 * 1201/1202, 1501/1502 allele were not significantly different. Conclusion HLA-DRB1 * 1301,1302 is closely associated with the suseptibility to severe chronic hepatitis B, While HLA-DRB1 * 1201/1202, 1501/1502 have no association with severe chronic hepatitis B.
