伪狂犬病病毒主要毒力基因对其致细胞病变能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)Fa株为对照,对PRV Fa株TK基因缺失株、PRV Fa株gI/gE双基因缺失株和PRV Fa株TK/gI/gE三基因缺失株进行了细胞培养特性的观察。包括对照毒株在内的4个毒株均按0.5 mL(1×106PFU)接种量分别感染IBRS-2、Marc-145、ST、Vero和MDBK等细胞系;选择在接种后第0、8、12、24、36和48 h观察感染细胞的形态学变化。结果显示,这4个毒株在这5种细胞上均能增殖并引起细胞病变,但PRV基因缺失株引起的病变程度均不及Fa株。表明,PRV的不同毒力基因对其致细胞病变能力不同。 The TK-deleted strain,the gI-gE-deleted strain and the TK-gI-gE-deleted strain of pseudo-rabies virus(PRV) and a PRV Fa strain were used to infect IBRS-2,Marc-145,ST,Vero and MDBK cells at dosage of 0.5mL(1×106PFU/mL).The cellular morphometric changes were observed at hours 0,8,12,24,36 and 48 post-infection,respectively.All the four strains of virus could proliferate and induce cytopathic effect(CPE) on the five cell lines,but there was diversity in the emergence time and characteristics of CPE among them.The CPE resulted from PRV Fa strain was more serious than those from the other 3 strains.The results indicated that different virulence genes of PRV possessed different ability of CPE.
