E-cadherin、Cath—D和VEGF表达与喉鳞癌浸润转移

摘要 目的探讨E-cadherin、组织蛋白酶D(Cath-D)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在喉鳞癌淋巴转移中的关系。方法通过免疫组化SP法对60侧喉癌标本中E-cadherin、VEGF、Cath-D进行了检测。结果喉鳞癌中E—eadherin、VEGF、Cath—D的阳性表达率分别为75%、83%、66%。VEGF表达与Cath-D、E-cadherin表达均呈正相关(r=0.616,0.329,P〈0.01)。在有淋巴结转移的喉癌标本中E-cadherin、VEGF、Cath-D阳性表达率明显高于非转移组(P〈0.05)。而E—cadherin与Cath—D在喉癌无直接相关性;在E-cadherin.Cath-D表达阳性的标本中VEGF表达较高,这种现象多见于淋巴结转移的喉癌中。结论E-cadherin、VEGF、Cath-D是喉癌淋巴结转移的重要生物学指标,VEGF、Cath-D和E-cadhcrin具有协同作用。 Objective To elucidate the expressions of E-cadherin, VEGF, and Cath-D in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and cervical ,lymph node metastatic. Methods Specimens of 60 laryngealsquamous carcinomas were used to study by staining to probe the expression of E-cadherin, VEGF and Cath-D. Results Positive expressions of E-cadherin, VEGF and Cath-D were found in 75%, 83% and 66% of laryngeal squamous carcinoma specimens respectively. There were a positive relationship between Cath-D, E-cadherin and VEGF expression. The E-cadherin, VEGF and Cath-D in patients with cervical lymph node metastases was significantly higher than those without metastasis. No correlation was identified between E-cadherin and Cath-D staining. E-cadherin in VEGF-positive and Cath-D-positive tumors was significantly higher that VEGF and Cath D negative tumors. These phenomena were more easily found in patient with cervical lymph node metastasis than patients without metastasis. Conclusion E-cadherin, VEGF and Cath-D expression are important monitor markers in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis. There might be interaction among Cath-D, E-cadherin and E-cadherin.
