腮腺切除术后并发耳颞神经痛临床分析（附5例报告）

摘要 目的分析腮腺切除术后并发耳颞神经痛的机理、临床表现及局部注射治疗效果。方法选择腮腺术后伴发耳颞神经痛患者5例，采用强的松龙混悬液加局麻药局部注射神经通过颞下颌关节后面的部分的治疗方法。结果在注射后短时完全止痛，注射1次者2人，2次和3次各1例。随访6～24个月无复发。1例注射两次效果不明显，查明另有其他原因。结论对诊断明确的病例，采取强的松龙注射法可以获得满意的疗效。
