Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)FeO_3/La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3/SrTiO_3纳米晶多铁薄膜的制备

摘要 以SrTiO3(STO)为基片,以La0.7Sr0.3MnO3(LSMO)为缓冲层,采用脉冲激光沉积法制备了Bi0.8La0.2FeO3(BLFO)/LSMO/STO多铁薄膜。通过生长条件控制,得到单相的BLFO薄膜,且沿(100)面生长,晶粒尺寸为40nm,厚度为223nm。BLFO/LSMO/STO纳米晶薄膜的最大电极化为25μC/cm2,饱和磁化强度为30kA/m,具有多铁性能。 Using La0.7Sr0.3MnO3(LSMO) as electrode, Bi0.8La0.2FeO3(BLFO) thin films were grown on SrTiO3(100)(STO) substrates by pulse laser deposition. The results show that through controlling growth condition, single phase of BLFO with the particle size of 40 nm and the thickness of 223 nm can be prepared successfully, which grows along the direction of (100). The nanocrystalline films of BLFO/LSMO/STO show ferroelectrie hysteresis with the largest polarization of 25μC/cm^2. The saturation magnetization of BLFO/LSMO/STO films is about 30 kA/m. The films possess muhiferroie properties.
