摘要 提出一种利用火炮内膛表面温度评估缓蚀添加剂作用效果的研究方法。首先设计专用测温传感器,测量距身管内膛表面一定厚度处的温度变化,再通过身管内膛传热规律外推得到内表面温度。利用本方法,在14.5mm弹道枪上进行了一种新型缓蚀添加剂材料的筛选和配方试验研究,采用膛壁峰值温度评估缓蚀添加剂的作用效果。最终确定的新型缓蚀添加剂被用于采用高能、高爆温硝胺发射药的105mm穿甲弹中,降烧蚀效果良好。 A method was proposed to assess the effectiveness of erosion reducing additive by measuring the surface temperature inside gun barrel. First of all, a special temperature sensor was designed to measure the temperature at a certain position deep from the inner surface of barrel, and then the surface temperature could be extrapolated according the rule of heat-transfer. By the proposed method, the choices and formula of a new erosion reducing additive were tested in 14.5 mm ballistic gun. The peak temperature of the bore surface was used to assess the effectiveness of the erosion reducing additive. The new erosion reducing additive was used in 105 mm APFSDS with high-energy and high-explosion temperature nitramine propellants, which achieved a good result of reducing erosion of gun barrel.
