摘要
将采自六安市某茶园的同一品系及产区,不同地段及树龄的茶叶样品进行灰化处理,用HNO3(1:1)溶解后,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度计,采用标准曲线法分析测定各茶叶样品中的铅和铜的含量。结果表明,茶叶中铅的含量离公路越近,其含量越高,与树龄的关系不明显。茶叶中铜含量的波动与地段及树龄的关系均不甚明显。
The tea samples were picked from the trees of different ages and land sectors of the same strain and production area from a Lu' an "Tea Garden". Then the samples were burnt into ashes and dissolved by HNO3 (1: 1) solution. The contents of lead and copper could be determined by the means of standard curve with the atomic absorption spectrometer. The result showed: The con- tents of the lead in the tea near the road is higher than that far away from the road,it had not significantly relationship to the age of the tea. The fluctuation of copper content in the tea had not obvious relationship with the land sector and the tree age.
