摘要
以盆栽毛白杨、北京杨为试验材料,采用均匀设计的方法,研究了外生菌根真菌、植物生长调节剂和植物抗病诱导剂以不同配比制成的保健剂施用于苗木根部,对杨树的菌根形成及生长量的影响。结果表明:保健剂处理后60天,各处理苗木均形成菌根;120天调查菌根侵染率,发现2种外生菌根菌与杨树根系形成良好共生;保健剂使供试杨树苗高、地径指标均比对照有大幅度提高,菌根侵染率高的处理,其生长量明显优于对照。
Potted Populus cuttings, Populus tomentosa Carr. and P. beijingensis Hsu, were used to study the influence of rhizosphere medicine composed of ectomycorrhizal tungi, plant growth regulator and plant resistant inducer in different components on mycorrhizal infection rate and growth of cuttings under a uniform design. The results showed that mycorrhizae were formed on the cutting roots in different treatment with rhizosphere medicine after 60 d; and a good symbiotic relationship was established between 2 ectomyeorrhizal fungi and the cutting roots based on the mycorrhizal infection rate 120 d after treatment. It was also found that the height and ground stem diameter of treated cuttings were higher compared with the controls. The biomass of cuttings with a higher mycorrhizal infection rate was increased greatly than that of controls.
