摘要
为观察痔洗药Ⅰ号治疗炎性外痔的疗效，将150例炎性外痔患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组（80例）和对照组（70例）。治疗组采用痔洗药Ⅰ号治疗，对照组采用1：5000高锰酸钾（PP粉）治疗。结果显示，治疗组总有效率（98．8％）高于对照组（78．6％），P〈O．05。结果表明，痔洗药Ⅰ号治疗炎性外痔疗效肯定。
The objective of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of NO. 1 washing medication for hemorrhoids in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids. The 150 patients with this disease were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（ n = 80） and controlled group（ n = 70）. Treatment group received NO. 1 washing medication for hemorrhoids,controlled group received routine therapy （1 ： 5 000 PP powder）. As results, total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than that of controlled group（98.8% vs 78.6%, P 〈0.05）. Results show that NO. 1 washing medication for hemorrhoids has certain curative effect for inflammatory external hemorrhoids.
