摘要
在分析载波电子散斑干涉(ESPI)测量离面微小位移工作原理的基础上,提出了一种新的相关条纹图处理方法,这种方法将具有带通滤波效果的同态滤波技术和二次傅里叶变换技术相结合.实验表明,该方法不仅能有效滤除相关条纹图中的高频乘性噪声,而且能快速解调出离面位移和形变信息,适用于动态离面微小位移和形变的测量.
Based on the analysis of the principle of carrier-wave electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI)which was applied to measure out-of plane displacement, a new method for processing the interrelated fringes was proposed. In this method, the technology of homomorphie filtering with band-pass filter was combined with twice Fourier transform. The result of experimentation indicated that the method not only could filter the high-frequency multiplicative noise effectively, but also could demodulate out-of plane displacement information and deformation information rapidly. It could be used to measure the dynamic out-of plane displacement and deformation.
