The digitized and intellectualized virtual instrumentation is the developmental tendency of automobile instrumentation. This paper describes that how to design and realize display graphical interface of automobile dashboard which is based on the dialog box of the Windows CE operating system. Introduce the process of designing instrumentation, the navigation of the GPS and so on. The design is a new concept of car instrument, it is not only a tool to display information, but also a system of processing information and controling the implementation.
