基于膜吸收法的燃煤烟气CO_2吸收液性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在中空纤维膜接触器试验台上利用模拟烟气进行了解吸前后吸收液对CO2的吸收试验,采用MEA水溶液作为吸收液,考察了不同吸收液浓度、解吸时间、吸收液流速对传质速率的影响以及解吸后不同浓度下吸收液CO2负荷的变化。结果表明,解吸后吸收液的吸收能力要低于新鲜吸收液,而延长解吸时间有利于吸收液的解吸,并且当吸收液解吸时间较长时或吸收液浓度较高时,解吸后吸收液具有较好的吸收能力。 Absorption experiments of CO2 from simulative fl.,ue gas are investigated by hollow membrane contactor. In the experiments, aqueous MEA was tested as absorption solution. Influence of absorption solution concentration, desorption time and flow rate were tested as well as absorption solution CO2 loaded. The results showed that the absorption ability of desorbed absorption solution was less than the new absorption solution. And it is good for CO2 absorption by absorption solution to prolong desorption time of absorption solution. The absorption ability of desorbed absorption solution was better, as desorption time was longer or the concentration of absorption solution was higher.
