摘要
为实时监测和计算输电线路的覆冰,提出了根据线路导线悬挂点倾角和悬垂绝缘子串偏斜角进行输电线路非均匀覆冰实时计算的模型和方法。从线路耐张段内非均匀覆冰的普遍情况出发,在介绍了设计用经典算法后,详细推导了用导线悬挂点倾角和悬垂绝缘子串偏斜角计算各档导线覆冰厚度的方法和过程,提供了实用的计算公式。另外还介绍了所研制的导线温度-倾角测量装置和悬垂绝缘子串偏斜角测量装置的功能,以及采用小型气象站、线路视频监察装置、导线温度-倾角测量装置和绝缘子串偏斜角测量装置,以及主站和监测软件组成的线路覆冰实时综合监测系统在线路覆冰形成、发展、恶化全过程监测中的作用。系统已在浙江电网实施,它是国内功能比较完整、实用、有效的新一代覆冰实时监测系统。
The real-time calculation and monitoring of transmission lines ice-coating is a new subject. This paper put forward a new real-time calculation and monitoring model and method of transmission lines ice-coating, that is according to the inclination angle of line conductor and the excursion angle of hang insulating string. For the condition of unequal ice-coating at the spans between two pyton towers, after introduced the classical design calculation method, the paper introduce and educe the method and process of calculating conductor ice-coating thickness by the inclination angle of line conductor and the excursion angle of hang insulating string. , and provide practical formulas. The paper also introduce the function of developed conductor temperature- inclination angle monitoring device and excursion angle of hang insulating string monitoring device, and the real-time synthetic monitoring system that is consist of small weather station, line video monitoring device, inclination angle of line conductor monitoring device, excursion angle monitoring device of hang insulating string, the host computer and monitoring software. The system can monitor the complete process of the ice-coating engendering, developing and worsening. The system was already implemented at Electric Network of Zhejiang Province, it has comparative integrated function, and is a practical valid and new generation ice-coating real-time monitoring system.
