摘要
遵循IEC61970标准,是当前电力系统标准化、实现各电力系统互联的关键。文章结合IEC 61970-404高速数据访问(HSDA)标准,基于一个已投入使用的电力自动化系统,自行设计了一个DAIS高速数据交换的总体实现方案;着重研究了高速数据交换中最重要的订阅发布方式,深入讨论了订单的结构,对基于该订单的数据订阅发布进行了具体设计与实现,最后给出了实现过程和验证数据,验证结构表明,用该方法显著提高了数据交换的实时性和有效性。
The key of standardization of power systems and linking different power systems presently lies in conforming to IEC61970. According to IEC 61970 high speed data access, this paper briefly designed an implementation of high speed data exchange based on a power automatic system that hasalready been used. It focused on studying the most important mechanism in all data exchanges: the subscription and publication. It discussed the specific structure of order and designed an implementation of the subscription and publication based on orders. Finally, it listed detailed experimental data, which show that this method significantly improved the real-time property and effectiveness of data exchange.
