当前农村公共服务体系建设思路的检视与反思

The Review and Reflection on Ideas of Current Rural Public Service System

随着新农村建设的展开,关于农村公共产品供给的问题,很多学者提出了均等化的战略,本文认为,由于城乡发展本身长期存在非均衡性,城乡差距一直在拉大,简单的均等化取向显然不能满足目前农村的要求,所以均等化只能是未来的努力目标而不能成为当前的政策选择。

With the commencement of new countryside＇s construction, many scholars have put forward the strategy of equalization on the supply of public goods in rural areas, this paper argues that, because long-term presence of non-equilibrium nature of urban and rural development,the urban-rural gap has been widening,and the orientation of simple equalization obviously can not meet the current requirements of rural areas, so equalization can not be the current policy options, but only be a goal of future efforts .
