对外直接投资、人力资本与我国技术水平的提升被引量：11

The Outward FDI,Human Capital and Technology Progress in China

摘要本文以中国改革开放以来的数据为基础,通过数据包络分析(DEA)方法对我国近年来全要素生产率的变动情况进行了估算。在此基础上,通过建立动态回归模型讨论了我国对外直接投资(OF-DI)和人力资本对我国全要素生产率变动的影响。结果表明,相对人力资本而言,我国的对外直接投资对全要素生产率具有较小的正面作用,同时这种作用随着我国人力资本的提高而呈现减弱的趋势。因此,在我国人力资本逐步提高的背景下,为获得更大的技术提升效应,我国对外直接投资战略必须进行适当调整。 Based upon the data after 1980s,we just calculate the TFP of China by the way of Data Envelope Analysis(DEA),and then set up a dynamic regression model to discuss the effect brought by the OFDI and human capital on the TFP.Comparing with human capital,we consider that the effect brought by OFDI to TFP is positive and smaller.At the same time,the effect is diminishing with the human capital accumulation.So,along with the increasing human capital,the strategy of OFDI in China should be adjusted to make more technology progress.
