摘要
从分析螺杆运行时可能产生损伤的热源入手,设计出对制炭机核心部件易损伤的螺杆进行维护保养的方法,经试验筛选出钛镍合金焊条或粉末填补锥形头和料筒摩擦表面,不仅使螺杆使用寿命从1周延长到近2年,而且每台制炭机年产量从70 t提高到81 t,有效提高了经济效益。
Aimed at the problems in process of producing the sawdust composite charcoal,such as the screws always shattered which leads to production interruption.Contrived a project to solve this problem,selected the nickel-titanium alloy by experiments as metairies to maintain and protect the screw and sleeve.As results,can be used as long as 2 years,at the same time,the annual output per machine increased from 70t to 81t,hightened the economic benefits.
