豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物与阿霉素在小鼠体内联合抑瘤作用

Co-inhibiting-tumor Effects of Secondary Metabolites of Rhizotonia leguminicola and Adriamycin for Mice in Vivo

摘要 探讨豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物与阿霉素(ADR)对小鼠肉瘤的体内联合抑制作用。建立小鼠肉瘤S180动物模型,分别用豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物、阿霉素、两药联合进行处理。计算抑瘤率、脾指数,测定小鼠T淋巴细胞活化指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性,并对小鼠进行病理学观察。试验结果表明,两药联合能提高抑瘤率,次级代谢产物能显著提高小鼠的脾指数,使T淋巴细胞活化指数升高,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性增强,同时能使瘤细胞密度降低,瘤组织出现大量变性坏死。豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物具有免疫增强作用,该产物与阿霉素联合对抑制小鼠移植性肉瘤S180具有相加作用。 The secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola and adriamycin were administrated in S180 tumor-bearing mice respectively and cooperatively,to investigate the co-inhibiting-tumor and immunoregulation effects of the two medicines.Tumor-inhibitory rate,spleen index,stimulation index of T Lymphocyte and phagocyte ability of Peritoneal Macrophages were tested,moreover,pathological changes were observed.The results showed that the two medicines have co-inhibiting-tumor effects on transplanted S180 for mice and they could increase tumor-inhibitory rate.The secondary metabolites of Rhizotonia leguminicola have the immunopotentiation effects.It could increase the spleen index,stimulation index of T Lymphocyte and the phagocyte ability of Peritoneal Macrophages.The density of tumor cell was decreased,and degeneration and necrosis were also founded.
