摘要
为了探讨铁元素对线辣椒抗(耐)病毒病的影响,本研究选用线辣椒品种"陕椒2006",利用不同的Fe2+离子浓度进行水培并人工接种TMV(烟草花叶病毒),然后每隔1 d测定POD(过氧化物酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性和MDA(丙二醛)含量,第20天测定地上、地下部干质量和鲜质量。结果表明:陕椒2006在不同Fe2+浓度水培条件下,和对照相比,接种TMV的POD、CAT活性及MDA含量均有所升高。其中,铁3处理的幼苗在接种TMV后POD、CAT活性升高最明显,MDA含量最低。同时,铁3处理无论是对照还是接种TMV处理,其地上、地下部干质量、鲜质量均最高。
To study the effects of iron on line pepper resistance to virus,the line pepper cultivar Shanjiao 2006 was employed in this research,and cultured with different iron nutrition levels(i.e.iron 1,iron 2,iron 3,and iron 4).After seedling infected with TMV by means of artificial inoculation,the activity of POD,CAT and the content of MDA in line peppers was determined every other day,and on the 20th day the dry and fresh weight of seedling over and under ground were determined.The result showed: under all Fe2+ nutrition levels,compared with the control group,the activity of POD,CAT and the content of MDA in infected TMV treatment were increased.In all treatment,the seeding treated with the level 3 of iron,the activity of POD and CAT of iron 3 treatment was the highest,and the content of MDA was the lowest.In all treatments,the dry weight,fresh weight of over-ground part and under-ground part in iron 3 treatment were the highest whether control or infected TMV group.
