摘要
以南京农业大学生物技术实验室获得的两个转番茄铁载体蛋白基因八棱海棠株系B4、B5组培苗的茎段为试材,以非转基因八棱海棠为对照,研究转基因对生根情况的影响。结果表明:在相同IBA或者IAA浓度下,转基因八棱海棠生根率明显低于对照植株;而从根长来看,在IBA的条件下,转基因株系明显低于对照,而在IAA的条件下则不明显;在IAA条件下平均根数也少于对照。
Abnormal expression often occurred when exogenous genes were transferred into the regular part of genes.With the stem-segments of tissue culture seedlings from two transgenic lines of Malus robusta introducing LeIRT2 gene(B4,B5) as the experimental materials,and with Non-transgenic Malus robusta lines as the control case,the transgenic effects on rooting were studied.The results showed that: in the same concentration of IBA or IAA,the rooting rate of the transgenic lines of Malus robusta was significantly lower than that of control plants.However,in the same concentration of IBA,the root length of the transgenic lines was significantly shorter than control,which was not obvious in the condition of IAA.And the average amounts of root were slightly less than the control in the condition of IAA.
