摘要
于室内研究了温度对梨小食心虫生长发育及繁殖的影响。结果表明,在RH70%±10%,光照周期15L∶9D,光照强度4 800 lx的ZPQ-280B型人工气候箱中,当温度分别为20℃、23℃、26℃、29℃和32℃时,梨小食心虫的世代历期分别为49.72d、38.99d、29.78d、25.81d和27.18d;世代发育起点温度为7.81℃,有效积温为587.10日.度;世代存活率分别为53.89%、80.17%、84.41%、66.57%和28.50%;单雌平均产卵量分别为28.39、45.72、56.35、14.43和6.25粒。分析表明,26℃时的种群净增殖率R0、周限增长率λ和内禀增长力rm分别为25.37、1.09、0.0874,均高于其他温度处理。在本试验条件下,最适宜梨小食心虫存活的温度为25.1℃,最大理论存活率为85.19%;种群最高理论内禀增长率为0.0804。
Laboratory studies were designed to examine the effects of temperature on development and reproduction of the oriental fruit moth,Grapholita molesta(Busck)(Lepidoptera: Tortricidae).Experiments were conducted at 20℃,23℃,26℃,29℃ and 32℃ respectively and a relative humidity of 70±10%,a photoperiod of 15∶9(L∶D) h,and a light intensity of 4 800 lx.The results showed that the developmental times for the whole generation of Grapholitha molesta(Busck) was 49.72 d,38.99 d,29.78 d,25.81 d and 27.18 d,development threshold temperature and effectively accumulated temperature for the whole generation was 7.81℃,587.10DD,The generation survival rates was 53.89%,80.17%,84.41%,66.57% and 28.50% at above five temperatures.At 26℃,the net reproductive rate R0,the intrinsic rate of increase rm,the finite rate of increase λ was all the highest,which was 25.37,1.09 and 0.0874,respectively.Under the experimental conditions,the optimum temperature for the survivorship of OFM was 25.1 ℃,the highest survival rate was 85.19%;the highest instantaneous rate of increase was 0.0804,theoretically.
