大麻增强聚乙烯复合材料的制备和性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文制备了大麻织物增强聚乙烯复合材料,探讨了成型工艺参数对复合材料拉伸、冲击等性能的影响,讨论了大麻纤维含量对复合材料性能的影响,运用扫描电子显微镜观察了复合材料的断面形貌。通过对试验结果的分析对比,得到了较优化的复合材料制备工艺。 Hemp fabric reinforced polyethylene composites were prepared in this paper. The effects of processing parameters on the tensile and impact properties were investigated. The influence of hemp fibre content on the properties of the composites was discussed. The fracture surface morphology was investigated by using scanning election microscopy. The results showed that optimum processing conditions of the composites were obtained.
