摘要
以蔗糖为碳源,在序批式间歇反应器中培养出沉降性能良好的黑色好氧颗粒污泥.以其作为吸附剂,研究颗粒污泥对染料孔雀绿的吸附作用.结果表明,Langmu ir吸附等温模型能较好地对吸附数据进行拟合,揭示好氧颗粒污泥对孔雀绿的吸附为颗粒污泥表面的单分子层吸附,最大吸附量为52.63 mg.gSS-1,且在pH为6时,吸附效果较好.准二级动力学模型能很好地拟合孔雀绿的吸附动力学过程.颗粒污泥对孔雀绿的平衡吸附量随污泥浓度的升高而减小.研究表明,好氧颗粒污泥可作为经济、有效的生物吸附剂用于染料废水的处理.
Black aerobic granule sludge with good settling velocities was cultivated in sequencing batch reactor(SBR) fed with sucrose.The adsorption efficiency of aerobic granules,as a biosorbent,on malachite green was studied.The results showed that Langmuir isotherm equation could well describe the adsorption data,suggesting that the adsorption of malachite green on the surface of aerobic granule sludge was likely to be monolayer absorption.The maximum adsorption capability was 52.63 mg·gSS-1.At pH 6, a good adsorption ettect was obtained. The pseudo second -order kinetic model was usetul to describe the adsorption process of malachite green. The monolayer absorption density decreased with increasing aerobic granule sludge concentration. These results indicated that aerobic granules might be utilized an effective and economical biosorbent for dye wastewater treatment.
