摘要
对轿车后保险杠塑料裙围开发过程中的所有环节进行研究,尝试用CATIA软件进行产品优化及模具改进,同时优化注塑工艺参数,并采用Moldflow软件对改进效果进行数值模拟,找到了一种经济有效的解决收缩变形的途径。
The overall taches of developing sedan plastic rear bumper skirt were studied. CATIA was adopted to improve the product and mould structure and the injection molding parameters were optimized. The improvent effect was simulated by Moldflow software. The effective and economical approach to solve the shrinkage deformation was found.
