摘要
以叉车模型为例介绍产品模型研制过程中的材料选择、粘接和表面处理等问题,制定了模型制作中的形状拆分原则,解决了由三维建模数据到CNC加工数据的数据转换问题及塑料工件在CNC加工时相对于机床的定位及夹紧问题,研制了一套完整的产品工程塑料模型的制作方法。
Several issues such as the selection of material, adhesive and surface treatment which exist in the process of product prototype development are presented with forklift prototype as example. The disassembling principles on prototype manufacturing are developed. The data transformation from the 3 - dimensional modeling date to the CNC processing data is also solved. A complete production method of product engineering plastics prototype is provided, which is based on CNC technology.
