摘要
以塑料油管接头制件为例,详细阐述了用Moldflow软件进行流动模拟分析的一般流程,并介绍了如何利用CAE分析结果解决注塑模设计及成型加工中出现的问题,得到了塑料油管接头的注塑成型工艺参数。
The function and general process of Moldflow are expressed in detail by the instance of plastic oil pipeline joints and how to use the results of CAE analysis to optimize molding process and injection mold design are introduced. The injection molding parameters of plastic oil pipeline joints are obtained.
