南昌铁路局作为铁道部推行资产经营责任制的试点单位，从实践中总结出不少经验，主要有：实行资产经营责任制应正确认识和处理五个关系；在资产经营责任制条件下，党组织如何充分发挥政治核心作用。

As the experiment unit of practicing operating responsibility system in the Ministry of Railway, Nanchang Railway Administration summed up much experience out of the practice, including: five relation should be correctly understood and handled, how the Party organizations can play the key role of political activity while assets operating responsibility system was carried out.
