摘要
本文以上海地铁二号线工程中隧道底部注浆加固的施工与监测为例,介绍了分层劈裂注浆工艺和注浆效果以及形响参数,分析了劈裂注浆的作用和机理,认为注浆压力和流量是影响注浆效果的关键参数,在施工中应适当加以控制。
Taking construction and monitoring of grouting consolidation at the bottom of tunnel in Shanghai Subway No. 2 Line as an example, the paper introduces grouting technology by layers and its effect as well as influence parameters, analyses the function and mechanism of split grouting. Therefore the authors believe that grouting pressure and flow are key parameters affecting grouting effect and it should be properly controlled during construction.
