甘草次酸乳膏的制备及脂解作用研究

摘要 研究了甘草次酸乳膏(GAC)的制备及甘草次酸(GA)在体、体外的脂解作用。首先采用Franz扩散池筛选透皮吸收促进剂并制备GAC,然后进行GA在体、体外脂解作用实验,实验用Lee's指数和游离脂肪酸释放率评价脂解效果。体外释放实验表明GAC用3%尿素作为透皮吸收促进剂时释放量最大;在体实验中,GAC各剂量组中的Lee's指数增长率较空白组小;体外实验中,GA含量为0.1mg/mL时可使脂肪酸释放率增加502.7%,其他剂量组也不同程度的增加了脂肪酸释放率。结论是甘草次酸(GA)对脂肪在体和体外均有一定的分解作用。 Glycyrrhetinic acid cream (GAC) was prepared by adopting franz diffusion cell to select the best skin penetration enhancer and then its lipolyfic effect in vivo and in vitro were studied by detection of Lee's index and lib-fatty acid. In vitro release experiment indicates that 3% urea was the best skin penelration enhancer. The increase rate of GAC group is smaller than that of the control group in in vivo experiment. Among the examined ranges, GA could accelerate the release of lib-fatty acid and the release rate of lib-fatty acid reached 502.7% using 0. 1 mg/mL of GA.
