摘要
脱氧水已经广泛用于软饮料,特别是啤酒酿造甚至高浓啤酒的稀释混合中。为了保证脱氧水质量,多数啤酒企业多采用热法制备脱氧水。本文通过比较冷法与热法制备脱氧水的差异,得出冷法制备脱氧水在成本方面,特别是能耗和物耗方面具有明显的优势。
Deaerated water is widely used in the production of soft drinks and purified water, especially in the dilution and mixing of high-concentration beer in the brewery. And hot method was still the traditional way for production of deaemted water in most of the brewery. In the paper, cold method was applied for deaerated water production and a comparison study showed that cold method could reduce the cost, energy and material consumption of the breweries.
