摘要 用氢氧化钾—甲醇酯化法将深海鱼油中的脂肪酸快速、有效地转化成脂肪酸甲酯,用毛细管气相色谱法进行测定,以二十三碳酸脂肪酸甲酯为内标,建立EPA和DHA的定量分析方法。该法对EPA、DHA的相对标准偏差分别为3.6%和3.2%,回收率分别为99.3%和101.6%。 Fatty acids in deep sea fish oils were methylated with KOH-CH3OH solution. The obtained fatty acid methyl esters were determined by gas chromatograph and quantified by internal standard C23:0 methyl ester. The RSD values of the method for the determination of EPA and DHA were 3.6% and 3.2%, respectively. And the recoveries of EPA and DHA were 99.3% and 101.6%, respectively.
